System Information
Operating system: Windows 10 Home
Graphics card: NVidia GTX 1050Ti

Blender Version
Broken: 2.80

Blender closes when I try to save with the shortcut Ctrl+S. The loading symbol appears for longer than usual. Sometimes I can save but not all the time. And sometimes it saves and closes.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
This happens in several files

Edit: It also crashes when I go to File and click on Save.

Curious. It is quite possible that an addon is interfering with the save.
Test again after loading Factory Settings (File -> Defaults -> Load Factory Settings).
