Short description of error
There was a add on called "Pie menu: UI Pie Menu" that lets you hold tab then click on a mode in the pie menu to switch modes. was this removed or renamed to something else?

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
go to preferences, then add ons, then type "pie".
