Graphics card: Nvidia GeForce GT 720M

Broken: 2.80

Putting two refractive objects next to each other and looking through one of them makes the other invisible in eevee rendering engine

put two refractive objects next to each other and place camera/viewport in front of one of them

If I understand your problem correctly, then this is a known limitation because Eevee is a rasterizer not a path tracer.
