Operating system: WIndows 10
Graphics card: Nvidia GTX 770

Blender Version
Broken: 2.80.75

Glass shader turns mirror after extrude. Look at images below

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Create a plane and assign to it standart glass material (in my case it's principled bsdf with transmition = 1 and roughness = 0) (pic. 1), then extrude the plane, now it turns mirror (pic.2). Even if you delete extruded faces it's still a mirror (pic.3)

The normals are probably inverted, try selecting all vertices of the mesh in edit mode and go to Mesh->Normals->Flip.

Oh, thanks, how could I not know about this for such a long time?
P.S. I think, Blender needs to display normal orientation by default (like in 2.79 or backface culling turn on) to prevent this type of mistakes.
