Short description of error
Both sides are equal in side-by-side 3D viewport mode

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
New file
Create a mesh and camera
Switch to camera view
Enable Stereoscopy in Output properties
Toggle to fullscreen
Viewport -> Set Stereo 3D -> Side-by-Side

Yep, both views seem to be stuck on the left side... Also, not sure if that is a bug, but UI is almost unusable with that option.

I won't use the UI in this mode of course. I tried to setup a fullscreen viewport for previewing on 3D-TV.

It is definitively a bug. I spent some time investigating it, I believe it has to do with wm_draw_window_onscreen and how it calls wm_draw_region_blit.
