Description

System Information
Operating system: Windows 10 Pro 64-bit (10.0, Build 18362)
Graphics card: NVIDIA GeForce 920M

Blender Version
Broken: 2.80

Short description of error
The UV of all the display vertices become (0, 0) when switching to Sculpt Mode, it happened because I added a Multiresolution modifier.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error

  • Step 1: Download the .blend file below and open it.
  • Step 2: Switch to Sculpt Mode.
  • Step 3: Now you see a bug, the mesh turns into red because the color of the pixel at (0, 0) is red.

When you try to reproduce the error from beginning then don't forget to click on Subdivide in the Multiresolution modifier otherwise the bug won't happen.

I can only confirm. It does work in 2.79.
