Short description of error
The color picker in dropdown menus in the viewport doesn't work.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
-Load the default startup-file,
-Open the viewport shading dropdown menu in the header,
-Try to change the outline color with the color picker (it doesn't work with object color or background color either.)

It's just close dialog rather then switching to color picker icon:
