Short description of error
Force close when using loop cut

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
select the object > Z (wireframe mode) > apply loop cut > undo the loop cut(s).
ps: some times it happens after applying around >5 one (not loop cut with multiple cuts) loop cuts, if the FC doesn't occur, you need to do a lot of (one) loop cuts first and then undo them until the FC occurs. if it still doesn't happen even after a lot of loop cuts and undo, keep applying several one loop cut and then keep undoing them until the FC occurs.
I tried this many times and it happens every time.

This is a duplicate of T67902. It is fixed in 2.81. Could you download and try latest build? https://builder.blender.org/download/

Thank you! will definitely check it out. and sorry for not checking whether it's already reported or not first. should I change this report's status or something? this is my first time reporting a bug.

If you found out that the bug was fixed I think you can close the report.
