Short description of error
Hey guys :)
The video editor/sequencer destroys sounds and produces crackle after you cut the sound sequence.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error

  1. Open the attached blend file which has a simple sinus sound attached,
  2. listen to the sound before cutting,
  3. cut the sound where you want,
  4. press G to move one of the sequence parts and press ESC to cancel the move,
  5. listen to the sound from the beginning. You should hear a crackle where you made the cut.

Generated sinus sound for testing:
Prepared blend file:

Have a nice day :)

Actually this issue is not caused by moving the sequence.

Merging to appropriate task.
