Description

Previously we gave anyone who asked wiki access, resulting in a lot of content with mixed quality.

Now we treat wiki access similar to commit access to the source code.

Where wiki access is granted only to developers with commit access (with some exceptions).

When this decision was made, I don't think we agreed on a way for anyone to submit changes.

This task proposes edits to the wiki for anyone without wiki access be handled as documentation bugs, as we do for the manual.

I think it is reasonable. Not the most straightforward way to gather contributions though, it would be nice in the future if someone could send a suggestion of editing from the wiki itself.

As long as it is constructive suggestions seems fine to me. Just to avoid a flux of bug reports about how out of date some pages are =\

Agree here as well.
