Actually the colors are not using names and this can be a problemusing /importing and exporting colors.
This new name, make necessary to think if we must include two ways to display Palettes: TemplatePalette (actual) and UIList (new). Depending of the workflow one mode is better than other.

Maybe the revamped UIlist control should handle both display modes as we do in the Blender file view: List and Thumbnails.
This could be beneficial not only for Palette but materials list for example
