Description

In Grease Pencil we need to have a default Palette in order to make Vertex Color Paint works "out of the box". It's very painful to create manually a palette before start painting.

This task is to analyze if we must set as default Palette this palette in other modes not related to Grease Pencil as Texture Paint or Vertex Paint.

Note: Actually, the default Palette is using Krita colors.

I think some predefined palette templates in a menu for a user to choose from which ever paint mode they are in would be useful. You could then perhaps have some defaults also settable under preferences and perhaps enabled by default to get the user up and running.
Paint Mode: Default palette.
This way a user may even define their own customized palette as a default when starting a new project.
