Short description of error
This blend file is stuck on draw mode, even when other modes are selected.
Right click does not bring up the correct menu.
Does not happen with new and fresh files.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Not sure how it happened. Can not reproduce.

I looks something related to annotations. Need more investigation to determine the causes of the bug.
