Description

System Information
Operating system: Windows-10-10.0.18362-SP0 64 Bits
Graphics card: GeForce RTX 2070/PCIe/SSE2 NVIDIA Corporation 4.5.0 NVIDIA 441.28

Blender Version
Broken: version: 2.83 (sub 4), branch: master, commit date: 2020-02-18 14:38, hash: rBcef4d344f948
Not working in 2.82 either

Short description of error
Selecting tools from Quick Favorites doesn't update the cursor icon straight away. Specifically, they seem to retain the previous tool's cursor icon. This is supported by the fact that selecting a tool twice from the Quick Favorites menu updates the icon "correctly" (though it's simply reading from the tool's first selection).

It does not appear to affect extra cursor features like Brush Falloff/Eraser Ring (those update correctly).

Here's another example in a 2D Workspace (shows problem more clearly):

Whoops, I guess it is. I searched for Quick Favorites issues and couldn't find anything, but I didn't realize this would happen via shortcuts as well. Feel free to merge the task then.
