Short description of error
Add a wipe transition between 2 images(single) change wipes transitions type to iris or clock and it doesn't work. Single and double work just fine. In/out doesn't matter. If you set effect fader to any number even 0.0001 it jumps to second image. Also doesn't show when rendered.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Add first image. Add second image and move slightly to right. Select first image. Shift+select second image. Add->transition->wipe. N-panel->strip tab->Effect Strip panel->Transition type->change to either Iris or Clock.

I can confirm that Iris and Clock don't work while Single and Double work just fine.
