Short description of error
Text selection is broken by text offset.
Non utf8 text acts like utf8 text when offset is set.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
On the default startup.
Paste "ㅁㅁㅁㅁㅁㅁasㅁbbbbbb" on the serchbox.
Try selecting "a" by the mouse, then "asㅁ" will be selected.
Type a letter next to "ㅁ", This will break the text.
