bump / normal doesnt display on two meshes in Material Preview or Render view (Eevee)

Description

I cant see the normal maps of two textures at once in the Material Preview or Render mode in Eevee. Once I hide the first mesh created though, the normal map shows up for the other one.

this shows both meshes, as you can see only one is textured

when I hide the first mesh the other one shows its bumpiness.

I'm unable to reproduce this issue on Linux with 2.82a, 2.83 2.83 (133bf05b184b), or 2.90 (fd0cb5812262) with a GTX 1050ti.
Are you to test with Blender 2.83 and 2.90 to see if your issue has been fixed in those versions of Blender? https://builder.blender.org/download/
