Short description of error
in the N menu where you can write the rotation for the object if you give y=270 degrees you cant rotate the object in the third axis, both x and z will rotate the object to the right
if you try to give z or x 270 everything works normaly

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
when you make an object(example plane) and you give it an rotation of y=270 then x and z will only rotate to the right you don't have any option to rotate up
