Your system does not meet the system requirements of Blender. Blender requires a 64 bit processor and operating system. All bug reports should also be made for the most update to date releases of Blender.

Are you able to upgrade to a 64 bit operating system and use a newer version of Blender 2.82. If you continue experiencing issues after doing that, test Blender 2.83 or 2.90 and if issues continue after that, make a bug report.

2.83 and 2.90: https://builder.blender.org/download/

Blender 2.80 is the last version to support 32-bit systems. According to this post (https://developer.blender.org/T67184) the requirements page was updated to reflect the exclusive 64-bit support in subsequent version.

Also, if 32-bit systems weren't supported in 2.80, why would it be available to download on the official blender page (https://download.blender.org/release/Blender2.80/)?

For several reasons, I prefer not to update my operating system and therefore would really appreciate it if someone can help me resolve this problem so I can get Blender 2.80 to run.

Therefore. I am kindly asking for this task to be re-evaluated. If not, can you direct me to a platform that can resolve my issue?

Thanks.

You can retry after a GPU driver upgrade.

@Chaitanya Dasa (Dasa_108) Blender 2.80 supports 32bit systems, but with 2.81 onwards 32bit systems are not supported.

We are currently on version 2.82a with 2.83 coming out very soon. This means official support for 2.80 is effectively gone.

From the looks of it you're using a Intel GPU with Blender. From seeing bug reports from other users, it seems Blender can be a bit hit or miss with Intel GPUs with support generally getting much better in later versions like 2.82, 2.83. However, reworking the patches that fix the issues back into 2.80 32bit, from my understanding, will be quite hard.

There's two things I can recommend trying:

  1. Update your GPU drivers like @Ankit Meel (ankitm) said.
  2. Open blender using the blender_debug_gpu_glitchworkaround.cmd file inside the Blender directory.

If you continue experiencing issues, you can try opening another bug report. But you'll have the most success by using a newer version of Blender with a 64bit operating system. 64bit operating systems first showed up in Windows in 2002 from a quick search.

Thanks for the recommendations. I'll give them a try.
