Short description of error
after i clicked to open a new file , but it doesn't really mean is that, after i try to save my UV also did this
Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
there is no exact steps to this bug, it just happen after i try to open new blender file/ import fbx/ save uv.
after i can't open any programs i have to restart my notebook, i didn't this time and then i open the blender factory startup and give me these two files the debug folder there is nothing bc blender didn't open :/ my .SAI, 3ds max, unity i can't open these, but i can open images, and word files

It seems that the second file you've tried to upload is missing. Please open Blender's installation directory and double click on the blender_debug_log.cmd. This will start Blender in debug mode and create log files. Try to make Blender crash again. Once it crashes the Windows Explorer should open and show you two files. Add them to your bug report by clicking on the upload button as shown in the screenshot below.

Hi, sorry for the delay, i couldn't recreat the bug in the debug , BUT, while trying i notice that the bug only happen when one window in blender open, like when you export/save as/ import , then open this window

the bug only happen involving this, like when i open this window (doesn't matter what way to open this window) it doesn't open and blender closes. I will now only open blender in debug mode now, and when it happen again i will post here the files
