Short description of error
Gizmo Loop Cut will not increase number of cuts by scrolling -> it will scale the Scene

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error

This issue really should be tackled IMHO.... "Ctrl + Scroll wheel" would do the trick just fine...

do you have the ability to make more cuts from the gizmo one?
Cant find another way than clicking everytime or from the tool box leftside

I have to agree with @TheRedWaxPolice (TheRedWaxPolice)
"Strg or Shift + mouse wheel" is faster
