Description

System Information
Operating system: Windows 10.0.18363 Build 18363
Graphics card: Intel(R) HD Graphics 5500

Blender Version
Broken: 2.83b (2.83.17), Hash: 8a8c61190b06, Date: 05-21
Worked: Blender 2.82

Short description of error
Upon opening any file, when in edit mode, faces will flicker and have a diagonal line of boxes drawn across them.

If, however, I go edit>preferences>viewport and changes antialiasing to single-pass antialias, then the faces are drawn as normal. See photos for examples of each on the default cube.

Also, if I increase the number of anti-aliasing samples from 5 to 8, ..., 32 the flickering will last longer before stopping on the screenshot of the incorrectly drawn faces. This happens with the default cube, so there definitely isn't overlapping mesh somehow.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Open the default file and go into edit mode. The cube will flicker and faces will be colored incorrectly.
