Blender Version
Broken: version: 2.90 (sub 4), branch: master, commit date: 2020-05-28 18:34, hash: rB2deb6c517787
Worked: (newest version of Blender that worked as expected)
Short description of error
After baking fluid information (Liquid only) in modular caching, whenever you change the Upres Factor in Particles Section, Blender "randomly" wipes the cache. (Randomly cause since the documentation says nothing about particles section and I assume this behaviour is wrong).
In my opinion, looking at how it was developed, i think that changing everything in different Baked Section would only affect the changed section. It has no sense that Particles changes the Fluid.
Cache situation Pre changing upres (All normal)
Cache situation After changing upres (Randomly almost wiped)
Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Open the file, bake fluid data, then go to Particle section, change Upres factor.
