Graphics card: intel i5 5200U

Blender Version
Broken: 2.83 release
Worked: 2.82a

Short description of error
Jagged Lines on Box Faces in Edit Mode

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
When I click on the Box then enter Edit Mode, there are Jagged Edges on the Box Faces.
Also when I tick 'Overlay Smooth Wire' or Edit-Mode Smooth Wire' in the preferences Viewport Menu. The Text fonts disappear. See attached images.

If I select 'No-Antialiasing' the Box looks fine, as it did in Blender 2.82a.
The Viewport is in it's default settings, nothing has changed. The only thing I noticed was the Grease Pencil menu had gone, which was there in Blender 2.82a

At the moment, a work around is to turn off anti-aliasing in the user preferences.

Select from the top of Blender select Edit>Preferences.
Navigate to the Viewport tab.
Change "viewport anti-aliasing" to Single pass or No anti-aliasing.
