Description

System Information
Operating system: Windows-10-10.0.18362-SP0 64 Bits
Graphics card: Intel(R) HD Graphics 5500 Intel 4.4.0 - Build 20.19.15.5126

Blender Version
Broken: version: 2.90.0 Alpha, branch: master, commit date: 2020-06-05 22:39, hash: rBb74cc23dc478

Short description of error
I have to open and reopen blender several times just to get it started. I have gotten the debug log to crash, logs are down at the bottom. However, blender_factory_startup.cmd doesn't crash.

I am using objects that use "infront", an object setting, inside my basic startup file. Having a couple of these types in a scene does seem to crash blender.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Open Blender.

I cant reproduce the bug.

Is it just that file that crashes?
Otherwise, you can open with blender_factory_startup.cmd and Save Startup File.

Many bugs are fixed between the official releases. Please try the latest development snapshot of blender: https://builder.blender.org/download

Yes, it's only this file. I've been having issues with my Intel HD card in blender, T76273. There is a fix but I'll have to wait until it gets into the builds. Probably by tomorrow or the next day.

I'll update this report afterwards.

Yesterdays build did crash on me like usual. However, it seems to be fixed in the latest build, 2.90.0 Alpha, branch: master, commit date: 2020-06-08 15:55, hash: rB9f7d84b656fb. Most likely it was part of the T76273's problem with Intel HD cards.

This report can be closed.
