Worked: (newest version of Blender that worked as expected)

Short description of error
i dont know if this is considered as an error but yes blender models glitch out in the modelling tab

edit: also tried reinstalling a couple of times
Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
sadly this issue happens to me everytime...even in new .blend filles

This issue has been fixed in Blender 2.90 and will come to Blender 2.83.1 in the near future.

If you want to give Blender 2.90 a try, you can download it from here: https://builder.blender.org/download/

Keep in mind that 2.90 is still in Alpha and will have bugs.
