Operating system: Ubuntu 20.04
Graphics card: AMD Radeon R7 250

Blender Version
Broken: 2.90 latest
Worked: this doesn't exist in 2.83.1

Short description of error
"Add cube/cone/cylinder" icon is cropped in the "editor type" panel
Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Open Blender, click "add cube", now you can see that icon on the editor type panel is cropped
