Description

System Information:
Operating system: Windows 10
Graphics card: RTX 2080Ti
CPU: Intel i9 9900K

Broken version: 2.82a

Short description of error:
Grass flikering in Eevee engine, as you can see in this video example: https://youtu.be/NT1xwBta_yc

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error:
Open the grass file, and render the animation, then play the animation and you will see that grass is flickering.

The only workaround I found at this point is by using a different software to remove the noise:
Example DE:Noise for Premiere https://revisionfx.com/products/denoise/
The result after apply DE:Noise plugin: https://youtu.be/yRTKW3kwgZ0

Hope Blender can handle this in future, or maybe is a bug.

I don't see "Grass flikering" in the video. (Maybe it's because I don't have a trained eye).

Here I made one more video where I scale it so you can see it bigger and slower.

I have test it by render it with different sampling settings, ex: 50 and 200 and is make no difference in result, the flickering is still visible.
Hope you can find out why.

This has to do with "Soft Shadows". So it is the same problem described in T68594
