Short description of error
Missed the "Online Manual" menu item, for almost all elements in the Preferences.
For some others, too, such as the "Mode" (Set, Extend, Subtract) of selection tools.

I think it's different, there's no menu item here at all, while in T68050 an error when calling.

By the way, for example, "Themes" > "Install..." throws an error:

No reference available 'preferences.keyconfig_import', Update info in 'rna_manual_reference.py' or callback to bpy.utils.manual_map()

Fixed in rBM6990, I will have to update the manual mapping file before this actually gets fixed in Blender.

I think currently, this works as designed and T68050 should be hidden now until the underlying issue of accessing data that is generated through python API is fixed.
