Blender Version
Broken: version: 2.90.0, branch: makepkg (modified), commit date: 2020-08-31 11:26, hash: rB0330d1af29c0
Worked: (newest version of Blender that worked as expected)

Short description of error
[I can't find build-in add-on in user preference such as bool tool, loop tool, node wrangler. All gone except Render: Cycle Render Engine add-on ]

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
[Update to 2.9, start Blender, keep everything in default, go to edit user preference, go to add-on tap]
[Based on the default startup or an attached .blend file (as simple as possible)]

I can't reproduce this, But This has been reported to me by another user.
@Happy_Phal (Happy_Phal) can you remove 2.90 config directory (it should be ~/.config/blender/2.90/) , so you have to do setup again and perhaps even make video recording se we can exactly see which buttons you are pressing?

@Philipp Oeser (lichtwerk) can you check if this is linux only issue?

It seems that this might actually be an issue with the Arch Linux package, and not Blender itself.
