Graphics card: Nvidia gtx-680

Blender Version
Broken: 2.90 release

Short description of error
[I can't find build-in add-on in user preference such as bool tool, loop tool, F2. All gone except Render: Cycle Render Engine add-on, decalmachine, archipack pro, hard-ops ]

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Based on the default startup or an attached .blend file (as simple as possible).

Are you using an official build downloaded from https://www.blender.org/download/ or from an Arch repository?

Yes, I downloaded from Arch repository.

So i downloaded it again from https://www.blender.org/download/ and blender work perfectly
