Short description of error
With the latest build from September 1., the shader editor has a serious graphics glitch, it shows coloured lines and huge node-connectors, jumping around, and is unusable. See picture, that is on a completely new empty blend file.
The build from 09.25. worked.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error

  1. Open shader editor.
