Short description of error
when I used fluid simulation and pressed escape to pause it and there is no resume button the only button available s free data

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
press esc to pause bake in fluid simulatioin

It is not possible to pause or resume a Bake All process as only the most essential cache files are stored on drive.

In this case, the information described on the button during the bake is incorrect:

Baking Data - ESC to pause

ESC to stop is perhaps more correct.

This is of course a very bad design (write additional information inside the button), it must be a separate label.

User Interface should look at this.

in 2.90 there is "Is Resumable" checkbox in Cache panel, so I assume you haven't enabled it. But please upload example file so we are not guessing.

ah sorry i was confused when i switch from 2.83 to 2.9 when I asked for help in blender chat they advised to report t as a bug now it is working
