Extrude Manifold error math code

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
I show you youtube about Extrude while edit mode I see youtube and I play and I found out error.

I don't use speak voice. Only show mouse there to click and do.

  1. Create Plane
  2. Edit Mode
  3. Extrude Manifold
  4. Drag move up
  5. Control + R and type 10 then push the enter key 2 times

then select and drag everything you can see error.

This looks like another manifestation of T80440. In that report, extruding a volume past an edge loop created non-manifold faces, undercutting the very idea of "manifold extrusion." This reporter has uncovered that non-manifold edges can also arise. Two useful illustrations of the same underlying problem, methinks.
