Short description of error
If you try to use Trim tools in sculpt mode and your objects location/rotation is not 0,0,0 and scale 1,1,1 it will not work properly. It will cut in wrong place for example or cut empty space where no vertices are.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error

  • Enable experimental feature "Tools with Missing Icons"
  • Translate default Cube a bit.
  • Go to sculpt mode
  • Use Box Trim on default Cube.
  • Try with other transforms like rotate and repeat step 1.
