Using CPU as render device, set optix as denoising method and render in the viewport leads crash.

System Information
Operating system: Windows 10 1903
Graphics card: GTX 1080ti

Blender Version
Broken: 2.90.1

Set the render engine to cycles and the render device to CPU. Turn on viewport denoising and set denoising method to optix. Fire the viewport rendering then blender crashes.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
As the discription above.

This is likely the same issue as report in T80477 and T81116 that was fixed by commit rB9f12ea496a3f6a0a066e3ed6ec557cc9ec37d776. Please test the most recent daily build of Blender 2.91 and see if you can still reproduce the crash on your system. If you can, then please submit the crash log located in in C:\Users\[your username]\AppData\Local\Temp\blender.crash.txt. You can type %TEMP% into the path bar of the Windows Explorer to open the directory. Files can be added to your report by clicking on the upload button as shown in the screenshot below.
