System Information
Operating system: Windows 10
Graphics card: Intel 550

Blender Version:2.90
Broken: (example: 2.80, edbf15d3c044, master, 2018-11-28, as found on the splash screen)
Worked: (newest version of Blender that worked as expected)

Short description of error
When the mouse cursor is dragged on the 3d viewer to rotate the the view , the cursor get's hidden but appears after a few seconds on the location where it was dragged to.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Based on the default startup or an attached .blend file (as simple as possible).
Drag the 3d viewer on the top right side of the screen .

Same is true for zooming and moving the view, but I think this is done on purpose.

I also think that hiding cursor is done on purpose.

I can't reproduce this however.

Please update your GPU driver and check if this is issue in latest build from https://builder.blender.org/download/

I can reproduce that the navigation gizmo for the viewport hides the mouse cursor while dragging, but this is not a bug.
