Worked: Bake with Glossy BSDF

Short description of error
If use Principal BSDF for baking the glossy map produces a result that is not similar to the original texture
Looks like Transmission bake doesn't work either

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error

Open the file and try to bake the glossy map

In fact, there is something limiting what is expected, but I'm not sure if the result is wrong because the color is actually that one (you are requesting the color pass for bake).
Perhaps an intensity pass is missing, or the color must always be mixed with intensity.
Or else specular intensity baking is simply not supported (I personally think this is the case and therefore what we see there is not a bug).

This is a known issue and was even discussed in T68925: Baking workflow revamp
Basically the blender's baking system does not include some maps (like specular intensity and roughness).
So it is not a bug but a limitation that, hopefully, will be improved in the near future.
