Short description of error
There are quite a few pieces of texts on the Quick Setup splash screen still in English. This is probably due to the fact that these texts are NOT YET resided in the blender.pot and hence are not translated. See the video recorded I've made:

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
go to this folder

$HOME/Library/Application Support/Blender/2.92/config

and move the existing userpref.blend file to something like (old_userpref.blend), then start the Blender. Change the language to something else rather than default English, say Vietnamese (tiếng Việt), then hover the mouse pointer at buttons and fields. You should see some of them are still in English. Please use this blender.mo for Vietnamese I used and attached here:

drop this file into the directory:

Blender 2.92<dir>/2.92/datafiles/locale/vi/LC_MESSAGES/

Restart blender and change the language to Vietnamese
