Description

System Information
Operating system: Windows 10 64bit
Graphics card: GeForce GTX 1060

Blender Version
Broken: (example: 2.80, edbf15d3c044, master, 2018-11-28, as found on the splash screen) 2.92.0
Worked: (newest version of Blender that worked as expected) 2.83.1

Short description of error
Search doesn't find any functions from looptools addon. It worked with the previous version of Blender I was using (2.83.01), but it doesn't work with the latest version, which is 2.92.0 by now. Looptools are working when accessed through menu on the left, so I assume only search functionality is affected.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Edit/preferences/addons - enable looptools addon.
Edit/menu search - type "flatten" or "circle" or "space" or any other looptols function - you won't see them among results.
Based on the default startup or an attached .blend file (as simple as possible).

Not all Addons have their operators in menus [which are now searched by default].
You can get back finding all operators with the Developer Extras preference though:

Making all operators accessible via menus already has its own task, see T76227: Make All Operators Accessible from Menus
