When I import or export the file as obj or fbx the system will said as error unkown location or error T80955 can you help me ?

The popup says "unknown location" because it can't figure out which file it was in when it had an error. The actual problem will be shown somewhere else in that popup.

Can you attach the .blend file that you're working on? We can't do anything without an example.

@Phạm Thái Dương (KarmazJusitoz) Currently your bug report is empty. Please either edit it or create a new bug report through Help > Report a Bug in Blender. We need all bug reports to follow the submission template. Please provide system information (operating system, GPU, graphics driver version), affected Blender version, previous Blender version that worked properly, a short and precise description of the issue, step by step instructions to reproduce it and, if relevant, a minimal .blend file that showcases the problem.
