Nvidia Geforce GTX1660

anyone know why my blender is doing this it's the newest version my pc hasn't had anything changed on it driver and windows is up to date and my pc has ran blender before I've uninstalled and reinstalled it many times even downloaded older versions and it still doesn't work
it says it's not responding when i open it

Please open Blender's installation directory and double click on the blender_debug_gpu.cmd. This will start Blender in debug mode and create log files. Close Blender if it hangs. Once closed the Windows Explorer should open and show you up to two files, a debug log and the system information. Add them to your bug report by clicking on the upload button as shown in the screenshot below or via drag and drop.

Looks similar to T80447: Blender Crashes When Opening a file with it's file Browser, and subsequently on startup.

Which blender version you are using? Updating the OS and driver works for you?

Does this even happen on running blender_factory_startup.cmd ?

Also, please try again with fresh builds: https://builder.blender.org/download/daily/
