From your file, it looks like you might be using an addon that does not ship with blender. Which addon do you use for importing files?

If it is not one that is provided by default you will need to contact the author of the addon in order to fix it. In this case they might be missing a certain setting on their operator.

I check the code. It seems to be cause by missing an undo bl_option

Hi, could be same as T93189: Curve tools: Crash on undo operation?(hard say but at least call stack is same)

No activity for more than a week. As per the tracker policy we assume the issue is gone and can be closed.
