By the "conformity add-on" do you mean this one? https://blendermarket.com/products/conform-object
If so, then what you need to do is buy it, download it, then select from the top of Blender Edit -> Preferences and go to the Add-on tab and select Install and select the file you downloaded for the add-on then enable it if it hasn't been enabled already.

If this is not the add-on you're talking about, then please provide the proper name of the add-on and a proper description of how it's not working.

Looking at the video you provided you enabled the F2 add-on which doesn't have any Conform like functions in it.

Hi, the add-on you are using is not maintained by Blender developers. Please report issue to add-on developer.

Also, No activity for more than a week. As per the tracker policy we assume the issue is gone and can be closed.
