I cannot disable mirror while in texture painting mode, was this fixed?

What exactly happens?
You push the button and it stays enabled?
Can you provide an example .blend file where this happens?

Please try with File → Defaults → Load Factory Settings to see if you still can reproduce this issue.

You could give me the time to reply , why did you close my issue.
I already did load factory several times and yes the button stays enabled, i still have the same problem. I hope this was fixed in blender 3.0, i just downloaded it yesterday and spend more time to reconfigure everything again, ir is a shame that it doesn't retain our blender old configurations, so everything i update i have to reconfigure blender from scratch

@nigelmerle : this needs to be looked at again, but if you are assigned, it means you are responsible for fixing this (dont think this is what you intended?)

I was on my phone i was having problems to find the options to reply, now i understand, im french by the way. English is not my first language, sorry for that
