Blender Version
blender-3.0.0-candidate+v30.d2e608733507

Short description of error
Click Edit-> prefrences and select System -> Cycles render devices. There is nothing.
I have a 2.93.6 also, it works very well with Cycles render.


Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Based on the default startup or an attached .blend file (as simple as possible).

Do you have any errors in your console? Run blender_debug_log.cmd (next to your blender.exe), go to the User Preferences again to Cycles render devices, close Blender and attach the output files here.

This will typically happen if the "Render: Cycles Render Engine" addon is disabled in user-preferences or some of the files from the download haven't been extracted properly.

Please double-check that the addon is enabled and that you have extracted all the files properly. If that still doesn't address the issue, follow Thomas's suggestion above.

Yes, it works when I select addon for Cycles Render engine. Thank you for comments @Jesse Yurkovich (deadpin) and @Thomas Dinges (dingto)
