Description

When the user goes through the Quick Setup window: after selecting the language the only button still shown in English is "Load <previous-version-number> Settings".
I double checked in the French translation file that the string is translated: "Load %d.%d Settings".

This string may be hard coded, and ignores the translation. I tested this with version 3.0.0 RC 2021-11-27 18:08

Confirmed here as well. The operator was not doing translation properly, I'll post a patch separately.
