latest
Broken: (example: 2.80, edbf15d3c044, master, 2018-11-28, as found on the splash screen)
Worked: (newest version of Blender that worked as expected)

Short description of error

brush tools not modeling/sculpting properly, haven't changed any of the settings.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
any of the brushes don't work properly
Based on the default startup or an attached .blend file (as simple as possible).

just downloded blender, i have used similar apps like zbrush. brush tools don't work on blender for some reason, i tried altering a sphere and was able move the mesh around a little but certainly they way it is suppose to work.

Brush tool does not work

Hi, thanks for the report. Not sure if I understand this correctly. Which brush is not working? Is there any add-on you are using?

Please carefully follow the instructions. Be sure to provide system information, Blender version, the last Blender version which worked, and a .blend file with exact steps to reproduce the problem.
