This is an access violation in your video card's OpenGL driver. The first thing to try is to update your video card driver to the latest version.

I checked for new updates for the Radeon R9 M370X but Windows couldn't find any updates and apparently the Video Card has been End-Of-Lifed by AMD so no updates there either.

@Michael Lam (miclol) - ...Windows couldn't find any updates...

You look for the driver on AMD's site: https://www.amd.com/en/support

For Windows 8.1:

Revision Number

If you want up to date drivers you need to update to a newer OS (Windows 10 for example):

So basically if I want to run Blender 2.93 for Windows 8.1 using my video card I need to upgrade to Windows 10?

Michael Lam (miclol) claimed this task.

I ended up using Blender 2.90.1 and it worked! Guess I'm sticking with that!

Or to Linux ;-)

But I have no idea, I am not a developer.
