Short description of error

My viewport shading have a wave looking mist when I scroll my mouse wheel I can see the waves moving, please check my attached image

EditPreferencesThemes3D ViewportTheme Space (way at the bottom)Gradient ColorsBackground Typeset to Single Color

These artifacts are caused by the default Vignette background type which probably appears only on NVIDIA cards (I can not repro on AMD)
Not sure about the reason.
